Flyer Upload

Please use the following guidelines to ensure that your flyer matches our requirements. Flyers that do not follow this format may be rejected.

Dimensions: 8.5”x11”

Resolution: 300 PPI

Color Format: RGB

Layout:

  • 1” No Text margin at the top of the flyer

  • 2” No Text margin at the bottom of the flyer

  • Include only graphics and band names in between the No Text margins.

Process:

  1. Confirm date and line up with us.

  2. Design your flyer to the specs above.  (Don’t worry about the Venue Overlay yet)

  3. Upload your raw flyer design using the link below.

  4. If your flyer is approved, our team will place the Venue Overlay on your flyer and send the Final Flyer to your email.

  5. If your flyer is not approved, our team will reach out to discuss any adjustments and work with you until your flyer has been approved.
